LADIES FUNDAMENTALS with vanessa Lloyd - "Styling & more..."

The goal of this course is to provide styling and technique that you can and WILL be able to directly use on the dance floor.  The course will cover:

Body Movement
Arm styling
Styling within turn patterns
"Functional" styling to improve your dancing
Styling to add just for fun
Sexy solo shines
Shines within partnerwork
Turn technique
How to follow flawlessly....or close to it!

A portion of each week's class will be devoted to a special focus:

1. Body Movement
2. Arm Styling
3. Styling to spice up your salsa
4. Shines

When:
Saturday 14th, 21st, 28th January & 11th February 2012, 11.00am - 12.30pm

Where:
Studio  F40, Filton College WISE Campus, New Road, Stoke Gifford, BRISTOL. BS34 8LP.
On-site parking, accessible by bus, close to Parkway station.

Cost:
All 4 weeks (6 hrs): £25 before 31st Dec, £28 after 31st Dec
or: £8 per workshop
